Get Organized To Decrease Stress

This may be the last thing you were thinking about to release your stress, but it is true! Organizing your things will help you to decrease stress. Think about how good it feels when your room or your desk are clean and organized. Someone wiser than me once said, “When your desk is cluttered, your life feels cluttered.” Since then I have tried my best to keep my home and all my things very organized. You would be amazed at how much this decreases stress. What it comes down to is when your things or your room or your desk are disorganized, it just ads to any list of things that are causing you stress during the day. You may be stress about work or family and then when you see that disorganized room or desk you think, “Not that cluttered and dirty place again! I still need to clean that up!” Instead of putting it off and leaving it a mess that will only get more messy, try cleaning it up today so that you have one less thing to make you feel stressed or frustrated today. It will help you feel more organized and in control.
