Smoothies Can Transform Your Health


If you struggle to eat your vegetables and fruits every day, you are normal. We recommend getting 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. If you are not in the habit that can be just plain hard sometimes! Smoothies can be a great option for you to get a nutrition packed drink all in one sitting! We do still recommend trying to eat the whole vegetable or fruit but when you are in a hurry or get behind, having a blender and a couple recipes ready can help you stay on track. Try these recipes for fun:

Greens smoothie:

Handful of spinach

Moringa powder (or other greens powder)

Kiwi

Apple

8oz of milk or water

Nutty buddy:

2 Tbsp peanut butter

Banana

Spinach

Carrot

8oz of milk

Meal in a cup:

2 handfuls spinach

1 frozen banana

1 Apple

2 Tbsp peanut butter

1/4 cup plain yogurt

1 Tbsp moringa powder

1 scoop protein powder

8oz of milk
